Todd has over 14 years in the design and construction industry in Houston, TX. Before attending college, he served for six years in the United States Navy, on three nuclear submarines. He was responsible for monitoring and maintaining the nuclear engine room of the submarines. Through the assistance of the Montgomery GI Bill, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering degree from the University of Texas (Austin) in 2002. Within the next year, Todd joined a Houston area commercial general contracting firm, first as a project engineer, then as a superintendent, working on a variety of civic and institutional projects. During this time, he gained substantial experience in the management and administration of project budgets, schedules and construction documents. Working with both architects and engineers, Todd fully understood the demands of a coherent project design team. With extensive knowledge in the design and construction of various structural systems, Todd continues to work with the project team in the delivery of thoughtful, creative buildings.
